COLUMBUS, Ohio — At least 10 cars were reportedly broken into outside the Mall at Tuttle Crossing Monday afternoon. Police say one suspect was detained after a pursuit that ended in downtown Columbus.

Officers with the Columbus Division of Police were called to the mall around 4:40 p.m. for a report of multiple car break-ins. They were told that there was a group of people trying to break into the vehicles and one of them may have had a gun.

Police began following a stolen silver Audi suspected in the reported break-ins. A police helicopter was used in the search for the vehicle.
