Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 730 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Greenfield, Leesburg, Staunton, Good Hope, South Salem, New Martinsburg, Rock Mills, East Monroe, Paint Creek State Park, Lattaville and Samantha. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
