Cameron Mitchell to open restaurant at Easton Town Center this spring

Del Mar, a fine-dining Mediterranean concept, is opening its doors at 4089 The Strand East.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Cameron Mitchell is opening a new restaurant at Easton Town Center this spring.

Del Mar, a fine-dining Mediterranean concept, is opening its doors at 4089 The Strand East. The restaurant is inspired by Mediterranean coastal cuisine and will feature flavors from various southern European countries.

The made-from-scratch menu will rotate seasonally and showcase a variety of seafood accompanied by fresh produce, house-made cheeses, rich olive oil and earthy spice blends.

Customers can also choose from a menu of handcrafted cocktails.

“Our team is excited to bring the world-class atmosphere of Del Mar to Columbus, especially as many of our Raving Fans have been looking forward to the concept’s expansion,” said CMR President and COO David Miller. “The bright, vibrant environment that Del Mar is known for will fit beautifully at Easton Town Center, especially alongside the iconic Central Park Fountain, and shoppers and diners alike will delight in the elevated ambiance and delicious Mediterranean cuisine.”

The building will have 300 seats available and feature two floors of dining, two bars, a four-season patio and two second-floor exterior terraces. There will also be two formal private dining rooms and the second floor will be available for private events.

Del Mar is not a new concept. Cameron Mitchell opened the restaurant in Naples, Florida in December 2021 and found success.

Del Mar will be open for weekday lunch, weekend brunch and dinner nightly.
