Woman Robs Sawmill Road Bank

Law enforcement agencies are already searching for the woman dubbed the 'Chuch Lady Bandit,' but there appears to be another female robber targeting central Ohio banks. Get details.

Authorities are searching for another woman in connection with a central Ohio bank robbery.

According to the FBI, the woman got away with cash Wednesday morning after threatening a tellerat the Key Bank, located at 7460 Sawmill Rd.

The woman walked inside the bank at about 9:30 a.m. and passed a note to a teller, demandingmoney and threatening to hurt her if she did not comply.  No weapon was seen, but the tellerhanded over cash and the woman fled.

Witnesses said they last saw her running toward a nearby condominium complex.

The bank teller told authorities that the woman had what appeared to be red stains on her hands,possibly from a dye pack that exploded during a previous robbery.

Investigators are already searching for another woman believed to be responsible for severalbank robberies dating back to 2008. 

The woman was dubbed the Church Lady Bandit because of the attire she wore during one of thecrimes.

The FBI said 37 banks have been held up in the Columbus area so far in 2010.  Six of thecrimes were committed by women.
