'Naked Photographer' Back Under House Arrest

An ex-lawyer who was nicknamed the "naked photographer" was placed under six months' housearrest on Monday for violating probation.

Stephen Linnen, 37, pleaded guilty last month to drunken driving, 10TV News reported.

In 2004, Linnen was convicted of flashing 40 women and then taking pictures of their shockedfaces.

Linnen worked as a lawyer for the Ohio House Republican caucus at the time of his 2004arrest.  He served one year in jail and had his law license suspended, 10TV News reported.
