COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus police are investigating after a woman was found dead Sunday morning in the Hilltop neighborhood.
According to police, the woman was found in an alley in the 500 block of South Terrace Avenue around 6:20 a.m.
She was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:26 a.m.
Police have identified the woman as 33-year-old Ashley Sweeney.
Officials have not released the cause of death.
Police have not issued any information about a suspect.
