William Feldman, 67, has lived at his Lyon Drive address for more than two decades.
His neighbor says they didn't know much about he and his wife until rumors began to spread across the neighborhood.
"I see them walking to the library all the time, you don't think someone would be doing stuff like that," says neighbor Carmen Costinescu.
That stuff, investigators say, was child pornography. Feldman pleaded guilty last month to pandering sexual oriented material involving a minor.
We went to his house for comment, but no one answered the door. Feldman is on probation.
According to the sheriff's office, Feldman told investigators he viewed thousands of child pornography images. He told investigators he started viewing child porn dating back to 2009.
10TV was there when a member of the court came to Feldman's house with order he vacate the premises.
Papers, the prosecutor says, require him to leave immediately.
"They're not forced to sell the property, they just can't reside in the property if it resides within a 1,000 feet of a school," said Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien.
But Feldman's attorney calls the move heavy handed.
"It's not fair to kick him out without a moment's notice. He wants to live with his wife and son. This is overload," said Feldman's attorney, Eric Hoffman.
Feldman moved into the home 24 years ago, before sex offender eviction laws were enacted.
But the prosecutor says courts have tossed out challenges to trying to stop these orders from taking place.
"The law applies to them. They have to vacate the premises," says Prosecutor O'Brien.
The prosecutors says he sends out about 100 eviction action letters a year to sex offenders and only on rare occasions do people fight them.
