Firefighters arrived and found fire shooting out of the home's windows.   Crews whowent inside found Allen in the living room.

"We found (her) on the couch in the living room, about 10 feet inside the door," said ColumbusDivision of Fire Battalion Chief Mark Devine.

Devine said Allen had burns to more than 50 percent of her body, including her legs, arms andface, Frazer reported.

She was taken to The Ohio State University Medical Center in critical condition.

"When we saw her come out, we couldn't look because the burns were pretty severe," said neighborKelan Banks.

Firefighters said the blaze did not appear suspicious and was likely accidental.

"The house was very, very cluttered," Devine said.  "That may have contributed to thefire.  It certainly made getting in and out a little slower."
