Reginald Cook was on the run for two years and was considered one of southernOhio's top five most wanted sex offenders, CrimeTracker 10's Angela An reported.
U.S. Marshals said a task force in Minneapolis arrested Cook on Wednesdayafternoon.

He had been wanted since 2008, when he failed to register as a sex offender. Hiscrime involved the rape of a young girl about 20 years ago.
Cook was also wanted for allegedly stabbing a woman in Minnesota in October, Anreported.
"The fact that he's already raped a young child, he stabbed his young girlfriend,he has a very bad criminal history including weapons charges, drug charges, assault chargesincluding the rape," said U.S. Marshal William Taylor. "This is not someone who needs to be outamongst our children."
Cook was among the first wanted sex offenders to be featured on 10TV and 10TV.com'sOffender Alert, which seeks the public's help to track down some of the most wanted fugitives.
He will face charges in connection with the October stabbing before being returnedto Ohio.
