Columbus Police have arrested a man wanted in connection to a homicide.
Columbus Police identified 19-year-old Jakobe Raekwon McCall as a suspect in the shooting death of a woman found dead inside her apartment.
Officers were called to an apartment on Citizens Place, off of Refugee Road, around 5:30 a.m. Thursday.
McCall and the victim, identified by police at 46-year-old Naika Brown, reportedly were arguing with each other just before the shooting occurred.
When police and medics arrived, they discovered Brown shot to death.
McCall was taken into custody by SWAT officers just after 9:30 p.m.
He is expected to be charged with murder.
