COLUMBUS, Ohio — Casinos in Ohio have been ordered to follow a directive set by Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine and state officials barring more than 100 people at mass gatherings.

According to the Ohio Casino Control Commission, JACK Cleveland Casino, JACK Cincinnati Casino, Hollywood Casino Columbus and Hollywood Casino Toledo were told to immediate comply with the order.

Each casino must comply with the directive by midnight, according to the commission. The casinos also must submit their plans to maintain compliance to the commission.

Friday night, Hollywood Casino Columbus tweeted that the casino has temporarily closed.

10TV has reached out to the Ohio Lottery Commission to see if similar orders are being issued for other gaming centers. We have yet to hear back.
