GROVE CITY, Ohio — A warehouse filled with furniture belonging to Waterbeds 'n' Stuff is likely to be deemed a total loss after a fire tore through the building Tuesday afternoon.
An employee said people were in the warehouse earlier in the day, loading trucks for deliveries but it had been vacant for several hours.
Jackson Township Fire Chief Randy Little said firefighters tried to attack the fire inside, but they were forced to go defensive because of the smoke and heat conditions.
Little added crews ran into water supply issues as the need was greater than what was available to battle the blaze.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
