COLUMBUS, Ohio — A new restaurant set to open in the fall at Polaris Fashion Place is seeking to hire approximately 140 employees.
Chuy’s an Austin, Texas-based Tex-Mex restaurant, aims to begin the hiring process on Monday, Aug. 26.
The restaurant plans to fill both full- and part-time positions, including hosts, servers, bussers, kitchen staff and bartenders.
Anyone interested can apply online or in-person starting Monday at Chuy’s hiring office located at 1239 Polaris Parkway. The office will be open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The restaurant will be located at 1481 Polaris Parkway and is scheduled to open in October.
