Six other children were treated at hospitals for injuries sustained in the crash.

The June crash was not the first Oler has had while behind the wheel.

According to traffic reports, Oler drove off the road in her own vehicle last year. At the time,Oler told state troopers that she was a diabetic and may have blacked out, 10TV News reported.

After last year's crash, Oler's doctor filled out a form, called an 86-D, certifying that shewas healthy enough to drive

King's family said after his death that they hoped Ohio lawmakers would pass a bill that wouldrequire all school buses to have seat belts by 2014.
