First nor'easter of the season rocks New England
A storm that brought heavy snow to parts of the southern Plains last week re-energized along the Eastern Seaboard and brought snow, rain and heavy winds to the parts of the Northeast, including blizzardlike conditions in New England on Dec. 5.
