Woman Shot During Drive-by Shooting


Columbus Police are investigating a drive-by shooting on the city's West side.

A sergeant on the scene in the 100 block of South Burgess Avenue says 27-year-old Sinuon Sang was shot just before 10:00 p.m. while sitting on the front porch with some friends.

Sang was taken to Mount Carmel West with a gunshot wound to the arm.

She is expected to survive.

No one else was injured.

Police are looking for a black SUV with several people inside.

Police are interviewing witnesses at the scene. They will also talk with the victim.

Assault squad detectives are handling the case.
