Woman Reportedly Attacked By 2 Dogs


Emergency crews responded after a woman reported being attacked by two dogs Wednesday afternoon.

The attacked occurred on East Livingston Avenue and Elaine Road on the east side.

The woman was taken to Grant Medical Center with serious but non-life threatening injuries to her arms and legs.

Columbus police officials said both of the animals were pit bulls.

Officers shot one of the dogs. It is still alive and was captured. The other dog is still on the loose.

The owner of the animals did not comment to 10TV about the situation.

Police continue to investigate the incident.
