COLUMBUS, Ohio — Winter Storm Warnings & Winter Weather Advisories continue in southern & southeastern Ohio. Alerts are slated to expire at 7 p.m. in southern Ohio & 7 a.m. Friday in southeastern Ohio.
The bulk of the snow has moved out of the Buckeye State but light snow showers & a few flurries will linger through the morning.
Most spots have gotten about 1-3” of new snow in central & southern Ohio. counties in the far south have seen a little sleet & ice mixing in with this latest weather-maker. As a result, several counties in the viewing area are looking at slick spots and there are a number of Level 1 & Level 2 snow emergencies in effect.
After this round of snow, we’ll see more cold weather through the work week with another arctic blast arriving by the end of the weekend.
