U.S. 23 at I-270 reopens in southern Franklin County after flooding

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ohio - U.S. 23 in southern Franklin County has reopened in both directions at I-270 after there was high water in the area.

The highway was shut down Tuesday following a period of heavy rain.

The ramp from I-270 eastbound to US-23 northbound remains closed because of high water, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.
