Talking Weather | May 13, 2019

This week will see highs in the 50s, 60s, 70s and even 80s! We’re starting out the week with chilly, raw and nasty weather thanks to a big dip in the jet stream.

This is allowing some upper-level energy to bring in cooler than average weather along with some light sprinkles. As high pressure returns early on in the week sunshine will work back into the area and warmer weather will as well.

That upward climb will continue into the weekend when it’ll feel a little more like summer. Doppler 10 Meteorologist Jeff Booth has more on what will drive our temperatures in this week’s “Talking Weather”.
