This week is National Crime Victims' Rights Week. To commemorate the occasion, high school students in Scioto County created posters depicting crimes that affect not just individuals, but also families and the entire community.

This year's theme is "Expand the Circle -- Reach All Victims." Students at Minford High School created a poster depicting Batman with the words "Stand Up to Bullying," while an art student at Clay High School wanted to draw attention to human trafficking.
