Ohio State men's basketball head coach, assistant coach to miss game against Northwestern

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State men's basketball head coach Chris Holtmann and assistant coach Ryan Pedon will not be available for Sunday's game against Northwestern. 

According to a release, both coaches will miss the game due to health and safety protocols. 

Assistant coach Jake Diebler will serve as the acting head coach for Sunday's game.

The Buckeyes are currently 9-3 for the current season. The team fell to Indiana on Thursday where the score was 67-51.
