Some Franklin County Polling Locations Changing For General Election

Some Franklin county voters will be casting their vote in a new location during the upcoming general election.

The Franklin County Board of Elections announced 16 polling places in Columbus, Galloway and Hilliard are moving to new addresses.

The changes affect about 27,000 of the 790,000 registered voters county-wide.

Postcards are being mailed to voters to let them know their polling location is changing.

The board says some of the public sites are undergoing renovations, while the owners of some of the private sites are opting out of
being a polling location.

Voters can find their polling location through the Sample Ballot link on the Franklin County Board of Election website here.
