We here at 10TV know that supporting communities, both in Central Ohio, and a little bit further from home, is essential.

That’s why, along with the Salvation Army, 10TV is hosting a day-long telethon to raise money for those affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.

Beginning at 5 a.m. and running until 8 p.m., 10TV will be hosting a phone bank to take monetary donations. Call 614-469-10TV (1088) or 855-746-10TV (1088). Your support will provide meals, shelter and aid to families in need.

With a presence in every zip code in the United States, The Salvation Army is uniquely positioned to support those affected by Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma. Its national network of trained disaster staff and volunteers have been deployed to several locations to provide food, hydration, clean-up kits, hygiene supplies and emotional and spiritual care to first responders and survivors. Multiple staging and logistical centers have been established throughout southeastern and Gulf Coast states.

With generous public support, The Salvation Army will be there to help the millions affected by Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma for as long as they’re in need. One-hundred percent of designated gifts will be used in support of those affected by both weather events.
