Police searching for answers in murder case from 2012

COLUMBUS-- Police are searching for answers in a murder case from 2012.

According to Columbus police, on March 20, at approximately 11:17 p.m., officers were dispatched to Children’s Hospital on a reported shooting victim.

Officers arrived and from witnesses discovered the shooting occurred in front of a residence in the 800 block of Forest Street, according to CPD.

The victim, 19-year old Carlos Hardiman, Jr., was taken to Grant Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased at 1:43 a.m.
