Police: No injuries after CCS school bus crash in southeast Columbus


COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Columbus Police confirms 12 students were on board a Columbus City School bus when it collided with another vehicle Friday morning.

It happened around 6:30 a.m. on Refugee Road near Winchester Pike in southeast Columbus.

Columbus Police say one lane of Refugee Road is blocked because of a pole down in the roadway.

Authorities confirmed no students or adults were injured in the crash. The bus was headed to Whetstone High School when the crash occurred.

The crash remains under investigation.
