A Columbus man charged with illegally videotaping his tenants has been arrested in North Carolina.

Fifty-four-year-old Paul Randy Stephens is charged with "illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material," a felony.

Columbus Police say tenants in his Merion Village home discovered a camera hidden in an alarm clock in their bathroom.

The camera in the alarm clock was aimed at the shower.

When police investigated, they found a video of a minor undressing and getting into the shower.

Police issued a warrant for Stephens' arrest in February.

This week, he was located and arrested in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
