Police Cite Man In Connection With Pellet Gun Shots Fired At Bus


Zanesville police said on Wednesday they have identified a man who shot a pellet gun at a bus, injuring a girl.

Robert Goodin, 24, was charged with discharging a weapon inside of the city limits, criminal damaging and obstructing official business.

Police accuse Goodin of firing a pellet gun at a school bus that was returning from a trip Monday night around 10:40 p.m. near Brighton Boulevard and Ridge Avenue.

One Maysville High School student suffered minor injuries due to broken glass.

Goodin is scheduled to appear in Zanesville Municipal Court on Thursday.
