Police arrest suspect in connection with deadly southeast Columbus shooting

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Police have arrested a suspect in a deadly shooting that happened in southeast Columbus on Saturday evening.

According to police, 30-year-old Brandon Price was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the death of 32-year-old Ricardo Henderson.

The shooting happened near the McDonald’s located at 2520 South Hamilton Road at around 5:40 p.m.

When officers arrived, they found Henderson in the parking lot with a gunshot wound. He was taken to Mount Carmel East Hospital where he later died.

Price is charged with murder.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
