This is the second time the dog has bitten someone, according to the police.

The owner agreed to 10-day quarantine for the dog while authorities investigate, according to the Pickaway County Dog Warden.

According to the report, a bystander saw the dog biting the girl and shot it in the face, allowing the girl's family enough time to put her in the van before the dog attacked again.
