One Critical After East Side Drive-By Shooting, Police Searching For Suspects

One person has been taken to Grant Hospital in critical condition following a drive-by shooting in east Columbus,

outside a liquor store in the Bexley Plaza on Livingston Avenue.

The shooting occurred around 2:30 p.m. outside a liquor store in the Bexley Plaza on Livingston Avenue.

Columbus Police are searching for two suspects who were last seen in a Gold Impala near the scene. 

The suspects are described as two black males, both approximately 5’ 7” to 5’8” in height. One wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.  According to police, they spotted the two suspects in exiting the vehicle near E. Livingston Avenue and Westphal Avenue.  

The shooting victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds, but is expected to survive.

No other information was immediately available.
