NHL postpones Blue Jackets, Avalanche games in Finland


COLUMBUS, Ohio - The National Hockey League announced the 2020 NHL Global Series featuring the Columbus Blue Jackets and Colorado Avalanche has been postponed.

The two teams were scheduled to play two regular season games at Hartwell Arena in Helsinki, Finland.

“We are disappointed by the postponement of our trip to Finland, but look forward to having the opportunity to play in front of Finland’s passionate hockey fans in the future,” Blue Jackets General Manager and Alternate Governor Jarmo Kekalainen said.
