This week: Cuts to the state budget, DeWine responds to protesters and Ohio's reopening process.

This week on Face The State:

  • Gov. Mike DeWine announced this week there would be cuts to the state’s budget, including in Medicaid, K-12 Education and Higher Education. The total cuts reach $775 million. A look into what these cuts mean for schools and how the government decides those cuts are made.
  • DeWine also responded to protesters, saying he sets the policy and that protesters can demonstrate against him, but protests against Ohio Health Director Dr. Amy Acton or her family are not "fair game."
