COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus police are investigating a shooting that killed one person and wounded 4 others Monday night.
The shooting happened just after 10:15 p.m. in the 6000 block of Channingway Boulevard, according to police. The area is not far from Brice Road and East Livingston Avenue.
Officers found 19-year-old Marquise Hale suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
The other four victims were who were shot went to local hospitals for treatment. They are all expected to be OK.
Police do not have any suspect information at this time.
