Teen indicted after making threats against Beechcroft High School

An 18-year-old has been indicted on charges after allegedly making threats against Beechcroft High School.

De’Andre D. Fleming is facing one count of inducing panic, one count of making terroristic threat, two counts aggravated menacing.

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said Fleming threatened to shoot up the school and kill the Assistant Vice Principal and the School Safety and Security Officer.

According to Franklin County court records, Fleming has a history of inducing panic. In February 2014, records show Fleming called in two separate bomb threats to Woodward Park Middle School.

The first case was dismissed but the second case put him in Juvenile detention for two months before being released in May of 2014.

Fleming will be in court for his arraignment on Friday.
