COLUMBUS, Ohio — A missing 88-year-old woman who was last seen in Franklin County Saturday morning has been found.
Patsy Morrow was last seen by her neighbors on Alkire Road. The sheriff's office believes she may be on foot with her family's German Shepherd.
Law enforcement found Morrow and is safe.
