HEATH, Ohio — Police said a body that was found earlier this week is that of a Heath man who was reported missing in May.
According to Heath police, the clothing description, physical description and other related items indicated the body is that of 23-year-old Jacob Geller. The body was found in the area where Geller’s car was located.
On Tuesday, police said the Licking County Coroner's Office identified the body as Geller and that he died by suicide.
Police said Geller was last seen leaving his home in Heath at around 10 a.m. on May 28. He was reported missing the next day.
His vehicle was found on a bike path on Cherry Valley Road in Newark on the afternoon on May 29, police said.
