Columbus Police have identified the bicyclist who was hit and killed in north Columbus Friday morning.
Police said it happened around 5:00 a.m. on Morse Road near Sinclair Road.
Columbus Police said 35-year-old Jason Bostic was traveling east when he crossed over the westbound lanes into oncoming traffic.
Bostic struck the windshield, knocked to the ground and hit by another vehicle, according to police.
Authorities shut down Morse Road from Indianola to Sharon Avenue as they investigated the crash but the road has since reopened.
