DUBLIN, Ohio — An autopsy report from the Franklin County Coroner's Office shows that a man who was found dead along with his son and wife inside their Dublin home last month died by suicide.
Officers were called to a house in the 7300 block of Balfoure Circle on Jan. 18 just after 2 a.m. for a well-being check.
Arriving officers found 54-year-old Rajan Rajaram, 51-year-old Santhalatha Rajan and 19-year-old Anish Rajan Rajaram inside the home.
Police investigated their deaths as a murder-suicide, but did not release additional details on the shooting. All family members died by a firearm and had been deceased for several days, police said.
The autopsy report showed that Rajan died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound and there were no drugs in his system at the time of the incident.
Autopsy reports for Santhalatha Rajan and Anish Rajan Rajaram were not released.
Anish was a student at Miami University and was a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He was remembered by his friends as the “glue” that brought everyone together. Loved ones say he had a love for adventure and life.
