Ohio Amber Alert canceled; missing children found safe

An Amber Alert issued out of northeast Ohio has been canceled. The children, ages 3 and 5, were located safely.

Two children have been located safely after an Amber Alert out of northeast Ohio.

According to authorities, the children were kidnapped by Clarence Davis in the city of Willoughby Hills.

Authorities said David threatened his girlfriend, Samika Traylor, with a semi-automatic handgun.

He then reportedly took her vehicle which had her two children, 3-year-old Ravin Briscoe and 5-year-old Gavin Traylor.

According to WJW, the children were dropped off with a family member who brought them to police.

Police said the children were reunited with their mother.

Davis has not been caught and is considered armed and dangerous, according to WJW.
