COLUMBUS, Ohio — Two people are charged after Columbus police said a "road rage/hit-skip incident" led to a four-vehicle crash on Friday.
Police said the vehicle crashed around noon on I-71 northbound near Cooke Road.
There was a team of law enforcement agencies that helped catch two suspects after the crash.
The highway was closed for a couple of hours but has since reopened.
