The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) and the University of Wisconsin's Population Health Institute has released its annual County Health Rankings.

Nearly every county is the U.S. is ranked within its state.

The rankings measure vital health factors including high school graduation rates, obesity, smoking, unemployment, access to healthy foods, the quality of air and water, income, and teen births.

In the Buckeye state, Central Ohio has both the best and worst of the state's rankings.

Delaware County is ranked number one when he comes to health outcomes and health factors.

Pike County sits in last at number 88.
