The Sonic Temple festival has announced Metallica will headline two nights in 2020 at MAPFRE Stadium.
The festival says the band will perform Friday and Sunday with two different sets.
Sonic Temple replaced Rock on the Range in 2019. It was headlined by Foo Fighters, Disturbed and System of a Down.
The 2020 edition of the festival is scheduled for May 15, 16 and 17.
The full lineup will be announced on December 2. Passes go on sale Monday at noon.
