Franklin County authorities will operate two sobriety checkpoints on Friday night into Saturday morning.

Two sobriety checkpoints are planned in the northwest Columbus.

The first one will be held on Bethel Road, east of Kenny Road from 9 p.m. until 11 p.m. on Friday.

The second will be on Sawmill Road, north of I-270, from 11:30 p.m. Friday until 1:30 a.m. on Saturday.

The Franklin County DUI Task Force is the multi-agency organization that's operating the checkpoints.
