New adults-only Florida resort won’t allow kids, but dogs are welcome


MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WTHR) – Parents, are you looking for a getaway without the kids? A new resort in Miami Beach, Florida is ready to cater to your needs!

Greystone Miami Beach, a brand new 91-room boutique hotel, started taking reservations Jan. 30, 2020.

What's different about this hotel? It's an adult-only hotel and is pet-friendly, but guests will have to leave any children under the age of 21 at home.

The beach-front property, located at 1920 Collins Ave. Miami Beach, Florida, has a few different rooms, suites and terrace suites to choose from. Room rates run between $272 and $450.

Greystone joins The Standard hotel as the second resort in Miami to not allow anyone under the legal drinking age in their establishment.

Pets up to 50 pounds max are allowed to stay for a $150 pet fee.
