Kroger has decided to voluntarily withdraw whole and half semi-boneless hams from Cumberland Gap.
A spokesperson said there is no food safety concern but the product was withdrawn because it 'may not have the pink color expected of ham.'
The spokesperson stated Kroger has initiated its customer recall notification system that alerts customers who may have purchased the products. Customers are notified through register receipt tape messages and phone calls.
Customers who purchased a ham may return it for a full refund.
