Metallica announces second leg of US tour, 2 stops in Ohio

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Metallica is returning to North America this fall for the second leg of their WorldWired Tour.

The heavy metal band's tour kicks off in the U. S. September 2, 2018, in Madison, Wisconsin. It includes 34 cities they didn't visit in 2017 and some they haven't been to in decades.

For the first time in Metallica history, you can purchase one ticket that will allow you floor access to any Metallica show on the 2018/2019 North American tour. You pick the show, call LiveNation at least 48 hours before the gig and you’re in. Only 250 of these Black Tickets will be available for $598.

Presales for Fan Club members begin Tuesday, February 27. Citi cardmembers may purchase tickets beginning at 11 a.m. local time Tuesday, February 27th and Spotify will have pre-sale tickets starting on Wednesday, February 28th. Public on-sale begins Friday, March 2nd at 10 a.m. local time.
