Man Indicted For Shooting On Delaware Playground


A grand jury indicted a 19 year old on charges that he shot another teen on a Delaware playground last week.

Joshua Mosley Jr. was indicted on 11 counts, including six counts of felonious assault with a school safety zone specification and a firearms specification.

Police say on May 2, Mosley shot Darrell Ginyard at the Woodward Elementary School playground.

Police said the incident occurred after a confrontation between Mosley's girlfriend and other males playing basketball.

Ginyard was transported to Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus due to the injuries.

Mosley is currently in the county jail with a bond set at $350,000.
