Live Doppler 10 Radar is the only live radar in central Ohio.

What does that mean? It means 10TV has the tool to give you the most accurate forecast.

The radar used to be located at the station on Twin Rivers Drive but now stands at Bolton Field Airport. There are more than three hundred steps to the top of the tower.

The concept of radar grew out of the principles of radio, the idea that waves bounce off things they encounter. The word radio is an acronym. It means radio detection and ranging.

All these computers and hardware gather the information, crunches the numbers and produces the product you see on TV.
