- 1 8 oz. block cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsps vanilla
- 2 pkgs phyllo shells (freezer section)
- Preheat oven according to phyllo cup package directions. Bake according to directions. Let cool.
- With a stand mixer, whip together cream cheese, whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Divide among phyllo cups. Top with fresh fruit.
